Prada Group Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Oversee the complete recruitment process for assigned searches, including alignment with HR Business Partners and hiring managers, job posting, CV screening, conducting interviews, presenting shortlists, defining offers, and managing feedback.
- Identify and select candidates that align with open positions effectively.
- Manage sourcing tools and processes within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SuccessFactors and the Group Careers website.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental HR teams to ensure process consistency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Approved Personnel Lists (APLs) for both permanent and temporary positions.
- Prepare strategic position mappings.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with tasks such as document management, report handling, interview organization, and feedback collection.
- Engage in recruitment innovation processes and manage related projects.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, effectively communicating the brand philosophy and values to attract high-potential candidates.
- Collect feedback from candidates and stakeholders to enhance the recruiting experience.
- Develop relationships with universities and schools for employer branding and recruitment purposes, participating in career days and events.
- Contribute to the organization and management of the Prada Group Academy, including candidate assessment, recruitment phases, and onboarding preparation.
- University degree
- 3 years of experience in HR and recruiting within the luxury fashion industry
- Proficiency in digital tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- High degree of autonomy with respect to deadlines
- Objective-oriented and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in English
A minimum of 3 years in HR and recruiting functions within the luxury fashion industry.
