1. Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively enhancing service quality both in-store and online.
4. Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide informed advice.
9. Resolve client complaints in coordination with the line manager and Client Service team.
10. Handle products with utmost care and respect.
11. Utilize digital tools to offer a complete luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
14. Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
15. Foster open communication and teamwork to ensure a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand

1. Understanding of luxury customer service
2. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
3. Teamwork and independent work capability
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluency in English

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
