1. Provide an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Brand philosophy and values to clients.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service in-store and online.
4. Exceed KPI goals, maintaining the highest quality of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, as well as Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture customer data into the Company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage in informed discussions with clients.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
10. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
11. Utilize Company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
14. Adhere to Company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
15. Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand.

1. Understanding of luxury customer service.
2. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
3. Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
