Prada CRM Instore Manager

- Ensure the accuracy of customer data input by store teams and validate data in the system.
- Review and analyze Client Advisors’ performance, including all elements of KPIs and MBOs.
- Provide Store Managers with individual Client Advisor overviews and strategies.
- Launch and monitor new CRM systems and functions within the store.
- Communicate with the local Retail team regarding system enhancements and customer reports.
- Generate and assist in the interpretation of in-store reports.
- Manage customer lists and ensure the execution of strategized local marketing activities.
- Assist Store Managers in setting up in-store CRM action plans, considering event calendars and business environments.
- Conduct regular CRM training sessions with sales staff.
- Support Store Managers in activities related to customer satisfaction surveys, focusing on feedback collection and follow-up actions.
- Strong experience in retail, ideally in a department or team management role.
- Proven track record in client development.
- In-store service orientation with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in main IT and digital tools.
- Familiarity with Excel functions and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Substantial experience in retail management, particularly in roles focused on client relations and CRM systems.
