1. Serve as an ambassador of the Brand, conveying its philosophy and values.
2. Maximize sales performance by fostering customer relationships and developing brand loyalty.
3. Provide an exceptional in-store experience, welcoming and serving customers.
4. Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
5. Engage in cross-selling across all departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
6. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
7. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
8. Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
9. Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet high standards, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
10. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

8. Fluency in Portuguese; additional languages are advantageous

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
