Pomellato Visual Merchandising and Windows Design Intern

- Assist the Visual Design Coordinator in executing visual and design activities across retail and wholesale channels.
- Contribute to the development and production of window display concepts in alignment with company guidelines.
- Oversee production, prototyping, and installation activities, liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate wholesale personalization requests and special projects, including images and ad hoc props.
- Support the creation and development of B2B and B2C gifts.
- Assist in the development of new props and packaging, ensuring technical accuracy and production quality.
- Contribute to special projects such as pop-up store designs and unique setups.
- Develop visual merchandising guidelines using software such as Photoshop, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with regional teams on visual merchandising requests, including store personalization and special events.
- Support showroom setups and special projects, contributing to creative development of new visual tools and displays.
- Conduct monthly competitor analysis on visual merchandising, trade, and design.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, or related fields.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Rhinoceros/SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English.
- Interest in and passion for luxury goods, particularly jewelry.
- Strong multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to work in an international environment.
Previous experience in a similar role involving window displays, special projects, or visual merchandising is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, or related fields.
