1. Assist in the daily operational tasks related to the management of the brand's website.
2. Oversee the online product catalogue.
3. Coordinate product launches, promotions, and updates to site content.
4. Monitor transactions, returns, and online inventory.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
6. Track website KPIs and utilize data-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations.
7. Monitor industry innovations, analyze competition, and share best practices.
8. Support stock and sales reconciliation.
9. Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

1. Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in e-commerce.

1. Proficiency in Google Analytics GA4.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Familiarity with the Magento e-commerce platform, SEA, and SEO is advantageous.
5. Positive energy, creativity, and a results-driven approach.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are highly valued.

Previous experience in e-commerce is required.

Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
