1. Manage the reception and recording of watch components in SAP according to client instructions.
2. Conduct documentary research on the history of watches to be refurbished.
3. Collect shipping documents and compile related customs dossiers.
4. Prepare and verify forms related to the shipment of refurbished watches.
5. Prepare billing and transport and customs documents.
6. Monitor the shipment of watches and propose solutions in case of anomalies.

1. CFC in commercial employee or equivalent diploma.
2. Proven experience in the export field.
3. Proficiency in customs constraints and regulations.

1. Proficiency in English writing.
2. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP, and Salesforce.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
4. Listening skills and team spirit.
5. Attention to detail, precision, analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Versatility, proactivity, and initiative.
7. Customer and solution-oriented mindset.

Confirmed experience in the export sector is required.
