1. Support the trade marketing team in developing and executing brand animations, pop-ups, and counter events.
2. Coordinate with regional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of trade events, maximizing brand exposure and sales opportunities.
3. Manage the production of regional trade marketing tools and liaise with external vendors.
4. Oversee artwork management with a focus on Chinese translations, collaborating with a translation agency.
5. Maintain accuracy of information and update trade marketing files and Go-To-Market booklets.
6. Assist in managing forecasts for trade marketing and festive launches.
7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
8. Complete marketing 360 trade animations for key launches and track competitor events, launches, and activations.
9. Prepare customized marketing presentations for meetings.

1. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing and project management, preferably in the beauty or luxury goods sector.
2. Strong market knowledge with an inquisitive and curious approach to market trends.
