1. Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.

3. Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products.
4. Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to counter KPIs monthly.
5. Develop durable relationships with existing clients and engage new clients to the brand.
6. Register clients' data in the dedicated system and perform all CRM and clienteling activities.
7. Know and apply merchandising guidelines and monitor stock levels.
8. Deliver personalized and expert skincare consultations using tools like the Skin Analyzer and Dior Skin Scanner.
9. Contribute to skincare events and mentor other beauty consultants on skincare selling skills.

1. 1 year of skincare selling experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
3. Proven track record in achieving retail results.

1. Experience in selling makeup, fragrance, and skincare.
2. Digital savvy with operational POS systems.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
4. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on luxury retail environments.

Salary range of $27-$30 CAD/hour, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
