1. Train, coach, and develop employees on skincare techniques and application.
2. Enhance the competencies of Skincare teams through coaching on product knowledge and application techniques.
3. Organize and lead field training sessions for skincare.
4. Conduct follow-up sessions post-training to ensure comprehension and retention.
5. Motivate Beauty Consultants during in-store visits.
6. Propose proactive measures to enhance skills.
7. Ensure comprehensive brand and product knowledge, including storytelling and cross-selling techniques.
8. Lead and animate regional events at points of sale, ensuring an exemplary client experience.
9. Conduct masterclasses and manage event teams, clearly communicating goals.

11. Provide feedback and debrief after coaching sessions and field visits.

1. Aesthetic qualification and practice.
2. Fluency in English and Arabic; French is advantageous.
3. Minimum of 5 years in luxury beauty and training.
