Christian Dior E-Merchandising Project Manager

- Strategically and operationally manage product launches, brand activations, and animations on Dior.com in collaboration with marketing, digital, and local teams.
- Analyze e-merchandising performance and conduct competitive benchmarks to enhance each new launch.
- Improve collaboration processes between local and central webmastering teams, enhancing communication and maintaining existing tools.
- Contribute to the e-merchandising roadmap by identifying new opportunities for innovative and immersive online experiences.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, leveraging seniority to propose customer journeys on various topics.
- Supervise an intern or apprentice within the category.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-merchandising or marketing roles.
- Business or engineering school degree.
- Creativity and a strong sense of imagery.
- Knowledge of UI and UX design is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and business orientation.
- Operational foresight and anticipation.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Content Square being highly valued.
- Familiarity with InVision, Sketch, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
A minimum of 3 years in e-merchandising or related marketing functions is required.
Degree from a business or engineering school.
