Christian Dior Boutique Operations Associate

- Assist the boutique manager with stock management tasks, including inventory preparation and monitoring out-of-stock items.
- Optimize delivery frequency based on available space and seasonal demands.
- Manage non-saleable product flows, including testers and samples, and anticipate store requirements for events.
- Create and exchange reports with the supply chain to determine stock thresholds and identify top-movers and slow-movers.
- Support business controls, including internal audits and annual physical inventory counts.
- Order and manage Visual Merchandising materials, ensuring excellence in execution for product launches.
- Maintain an esthetically pristine and hygienic boutique environment.
- Organize and optimize the back of house for team efficiency.
- Manage deliveries and dispatch stock within the store.
- Coordinate with NY headquarters for POS maintenance and digital tools.
- Oversee in-house and third-party cleaning teams, ensuring standards are met.
- Order hygiene and administrative tools as needed.
- Assist in organizing permissions for event suppliers and shift planning.
- Minimum three years’ experience in stock management.
- Experience in retail or administration, ideally in luxury.
- Digital savvy with operational POS systems experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and POS systems.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Spanish or Mandarin language skills preferred.
Minimum three years of experience in stock management and retail or administration, preferably in the luxury sector.
