- Oversee opening procedures, including deactivating security systems and preparing the store for the day.
- Manage end-of-day closing responsibilities, such as counting cash, completing sales reports, and activating security systems.
- Supervise the team in the absence of management, ensuring smooth operations.
- Train new employees, delegate tasks to Beauty Consultants, and monitor staff performance.
- Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization, including visual merchandising and addressing maintenance issues.
- Participate in offsite Seasonal Schools and Dior training programs.
- Uphold Dior's grooming standards and wear the Dior uniform.
- Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
- Meet clients' needs and provide a memorable experience through the D.I.O.R. method.
- Communicate Dior storytelling and educate clients on brand and products.
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs.
- Develop enduring relationships with clients and engage new clients to the brand.
- Utilize Dior content and tools to register client data and drive traffic.
- Achieve goals within CRM activities, client recruitment, and development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year as a Key Holder.
- Proven track record in achieving retail results in sales and profitability.
- Experience in selling makeup, fragrance, and skincare, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, HRIS systems, PowerPoint, client tracking systems, and POS systems.
- Digital savvy and comfortable with operational POS systems.
- Spanish or Mandarin language skills are highly preferred.
A minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with at least 1 year as a Key Holder, preferably in luxury retail.
The salary range is $30-$33 CAD/hour, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
