1. Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
2. Sell Dior products by meeting clients' needs and providing a memorable experience through high standards of service.
3. Communicate passionately, sharing Dior storytelling and educating clients on the brand and products.
4. Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
5. Develop enduring relationships with existing clients and engage new clients to the brand.
6. Learn and leverage Dior content and tools to register client data and drive traffic.
7. Play an active role in maintaining an aesthetically pristine and hygienic boutique environment.
8. Understand and support merchandising guidelines and inventory management.
9. Operate cash registers and assist in closing daily revenues.
10. Attend all offsite Seasonal Schools and Dior training programs.
11. Demonstrate immaculate personal grooming standards in accordance with Dior guidelines.

1. 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury retail environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving retail results (sales and profitability).
3. Experience in selling makeup, fragrance, and skincare, preferably in a luxury environment.
4. Digital savvy; experience with operational POS systems.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, HRIS systems, PowerPoint, Client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS).
2. Able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.
3. Spanish or Mandarin speaking skills highly preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Salary range of $27-$30 CAD/hour, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
