General Services Manager

1. Lead the general services activities ensuring the health and safety of team members
2. Supervise team schedules considering the continuity needs of the sites
3. Implement processes to optimize activities and ensure efficiency
4. Participate in the development of service specifications and manage contract applications
5. Develop and monitor operating and investment budgets for the sites
6. Coordinate communication activities, maintenance of green spaces, cleaning, waste removal, reception, and telephone operations
7. Manage the vehicle fleet
8. Collaborate with the hospitality service to organize events
9. Ensure site security through the management of security personnel
10. Manage improvement projects for real estate assets
11. Recommend and implement necessary works on the estate to maintain the brand's image

1. Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +3 to Bac +5)
2. Bilingual in English and French; a third language is a plus
