Moët Hennessy Off Trade Sector Manager

- Manage commercial relationships with clients in the large-scale distribution sector, including supermarkets and convenience stores.
- Analyze key performance indicators to assess achievement levels and implement action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure optimal implementation of trade marketing resources for resale and optimize product sales and resales.
- Maximize product listings by ensuring negotiated product ranges are referenced in all stores and enhance presence through additional listings.
- Develop strategic merchandising to highlight the unique and premium nature of the brands, utilizing trade marketing tools effectively in-store.
- Plan and execute targeted promotional campaigns that align with the high-end brand image and stimulate sales.
- Collaborate with regional directors and headquarters to ensure alignment between national promotional initiatives and local execution.
- Negotiate with store managers or department heads to secure optimal product placement for maximum exposure.
- Act as a knowledgeable ambassador and advocate for the brands, providing product training and support to enhance stakeholder skills.
- Monitor market trends and competition, recommending additional business opportunities and continuous improvement strategies to the regional director.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial role, ideally within the wines and spirits sector.
- Strong understanding of the market, customer expectations, and premium products.
- Ability to analyze commercial performance and track key indicators for precise activity management.
- Innate salesmanship with a keen sense of merchandising and customer advisory.
- Proficiency in planning and executing effective promotional actions aligned with field objectives.
- Excellence in client relations, capable of building sustainable partnerships and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Comfortable in public speaking for sales, training, or knowledge transfer.
- Mastery of marketing fundamentals and sales techniques, adaptable to the sector.
- Team player with effective collaboration skills across support services such as marketing, logistics, and finance.
- Strong persuasive abilities essential for successful prospecting and direct sales.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Company car provided. Must possess a valid driving license and be at least 21 years of age.
