- Ensure the protection of Moët Hennessy Maisons' interests and legal security of commitments.
- Provide legal advice to various departments, including IT, IA, CRM, Commercial, Marketing, and subsidiaries.
- Assist the Legal Manager and Legal Director in IT/Data-related missions.
- Draft and analyze IT contracts and commercial agreements, focusing on IT law.
- Study and secure personal data and transfer issues, preparing necessary documentation.
- Provide legal expertise to secure projects, decisions, and actions in business law, new technologies, and personal data.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal processes.
- Conduct legal monitoring and research in IT law.
- Support operational teams in innovative digital projects.
- Advise on AI, Web 3.0, and 3D projects.
- Prevent potential breaches of regulations and third-party rights.
- Manage and monitor litigation files, including case law research and drafting settlement agreements.
- Educate employees on integrating legal considerations into projects.
- Master’s degree specializing in IT Law and Personal Data or IP Law with a specialization in IT and Data.
- Fluency in English.
- Good knowledge of IT and mastery of personal data issues.
- Proficiency in Business/IP law.
- Understanding of Digital Data, E-commerce, and E-retail specifics.
- Strong communication skills, including with non-lawyers.
- Sensitivity to the wine world/luxury sector.
- Interest in AI, Web 3.0, 3D topics, and Legal Ops.
- Rigor, confidentiality, and discretion.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT and Data law within a law firm or legal department of an international group is required.
Master’s degree specializing in IT Law and Personal Data or IP Law with a specialization in IT and Data.
