1. Ensure the protection of Moët Hennessy Maisons' interests and legal security of commitments.
2. Provide legal advice to various departments, including IT, IA, CRM, Commercial, Marketing, and subsidiaries.
3. Assist the Legal Manager and Legal Director in IT/Data-related missions.
4. Draft and analyze IT contracts and commercial agreements, focusing on IT law.
5. Study and secure personal data and transfer issues, preparing necessary documentation.
6. Provide legal expertise to secure projects, decisions, and actions in business law, new technologies, and personal data.
7. Ensure compliance with regulations and internal processes.
8. Conduct legal monitoring and research in IT law.
9. Support operational teams in innovative digital projects.
10. Advise on AI, Web 3.0, and 3D projects.
11. Prevent potential breaches of regulations and third-party rights.
12. Manage and monitor litigation files, including case law research and drafting settlement agreements.
13. Educate employees on integrating legal considerations into projects.

1. Master’s degree specializing in IT Law and Personal Data or IP Law with a specialization in IT and Data.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Good knowledge of IT and mastery of personal data issues.
3. Proficiency in Business/IP law.
4. Understanding of Digital Data, E-commerce, and E-retail specifics.
5. Strong communication skills, including with non-lawyers.
6. Sensitivity to the wine world/luxury sector.
7. Interest in AI, Web 3.0, 3D topics, and Legal Ops.
8. Rigor, confidentiality, and discretion.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT and Data law within a law firm or legal department of an international group is required.

Master’s degree specializing in IT Law and Personal Data or IP Law with a specialization in IT and Data.
