Moët Hennessy Finance Manager

- Ensure compliance with both local and international financial and tax standards, as well as adherence to Moët Hennessy and LVMH Group policies.
- Oversee the timely production of local financial statements and tax returns.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, insurance companies, and government bodies.
- Manage cash flow, including the review, processing, and payment of local accounts payables.
- Monitor and enhance operating procedures to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely implementation of action plans.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports to control invoices from distributors and manage A&P budgets.
- Lead overhead cost forecasting processes in coordination with HR and market managers.
- Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining repositories of NAFDAC certificates and IT tools.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business controlling or finance, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong financial planning and analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and multi-dimensional tools such as ESSBASE and EOS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure.
- Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
A minimum of 5 years in business controlling or finance, ideally within the FMCG sector.
