1. Design and develop offline training tools using instructional and graphic design methodologies to enhance the Client Experience & Skills content area.
2. Create engaging online and interactive training episodes for the Digital Retail Training app, MyMiuSpace.
3. Oversee the end-to-end process of training tool production, including translation, communication, and deployment tracking.
4. Innovate and evolve existing training tools and formats to meet business needs.
5. Facilitate virtual and in-person classroom sessions for the Regional Training Community and occasionally for store Client Advisors.
6. Monitor Regional Training Community performance using dashboards and provide follow-up through reports and communications.
7. Manage requests related to Power BI and MyMiuSpace apps, including user profile creation and IT support.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar fields.
2. Proven capabilities in training tools development, both instructional and graphic design.
3. Experience in training delivery and facilitation.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe, Canvas, and other creative digital tools is advantageous.
2. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors (LMS) is highly valued.
3. Strong understanding of e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
4. Insight into the retail environment and mechanics; in-store experience is beneficial.
5. Knowledge of the luxury/fashion industry is advantageous.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
7. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

A minimum of two years in a similar role, with a focus on training tools development and delivery.
