1. Develop and manage sales performance by store to achieve targets.
2. Evaluate and manage Beauty Consultant productivity and individual sales results based on KPIs.
3. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for the area and key products.
4. Communicate competitors' marketing activities to management.
5. Ensure Beauty Consultants adhere to selling guidelines and express brand values through customer service.
6. Motivate Beauty Consultants to foster team spirit and goal orientation.
7. Conduct regular counter visits and ensure the development of Beauty Consultants through coaching and appraisals.
8. Propose development plans to enhance knowledge and skills.
9. Manage daily operations of Beauty Consultants, including holiday schedules, working hours, and training.
10. Recruit and allocate qualified Beauty Consultants to counters.
11. Perform duties related to occupational health and safety as a supervisor.
12. Supervise and execute promotional activities formulated by the Marketing department.
13. Negotiate with department stores for visuals and promotional events.
14. Manage preparation status and feedback reports for each promotion event.
15. Deliver messages, purposes, and action plans at each promotion event to Beauty Consultants.

1. Prior experience in the beauty industry, specifically in a retail manager role or trade marketing within department store distribution.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Minimum of 3 years in the beauty industry, primarily in a retail manager role or trade marketing within department store distribution.
