Make Up For Ever Retail Manager

- Develop and manage sales performance by store to achieve targets.
- Evaluate and manage Beauty Consultant productivity and individual sales results based on KPIs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for the area and key products.
- Communicate competitors' marketing activities to management.
- Ensure Beauty Consultants adhere to selling guidelines and express brand values through customer service.
- Motivate Beauty Consultants to foster team spirit and goal orientation.
- Conduct regular counter visits and ensure the development of Beauty Consultants through coaching and appraisals.
- Propose development plans to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Manage daily operations of Beauty Consultants, including holiday schedules, working hours, and training.
- Recruit and allocate qualified Beauty Consultants to counters.
- Perform duties related to occupational health and safety as a supervisor.
- Supervise and execute promotional activities formulated by the Marketing department.
- Negotiate with department stores for visuals and promotional events.
- Manage preparation status and feedback reports for each promotion event.
- Deliver messages, purposes, and action plans at each promotion event to Beauty Consultants.
- Prior experience in the beauty industry, specifically in a retail manager role or trade marketing within department store distribution.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent self-driven spirit and ability to work independently.
- Team player with people-oriented supervisory skills.
- Customer and sales focus.
- Negotiation skills.
- Business acumen and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership and charisma to lead assigned counters.
Minimum of 3 years in the beauty industry, primarily in a retail manager role or trade marketing within department store distribution.
