1. Provide support and guidance to managers and employees in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands) on all HR-related matters.
2. Ensure professional HR support in daily operations, particularly as a point of contact for managers regarding labor law and HR administrative issues.
3. Assist in selected recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and manage external service providers.
4. Support employee training and development initiatives in collaboration with the global HR department.
5. Oversee external payroll processing, conduct personnel controlling, and prepare HR reports.
6. Participate in HR projects in alignment with the global HR strategy.

1. Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification.
2. Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an international environment.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English; French is an advantage.
2. Structured and solution-oriented work approach with a pragmatic mindset.
3. High social competence and empathy in interactions with employees and managers.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation skills.
5. Willingness to travel.

Minimum of 3 years in a generalist HR role, preferably in an international context.

Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification.
