1. Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices, including integration and ongoing engagement.
2. Oversee recruitment and HR processes for VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) participants.
3. Administer the temporary workforce in collaboration with teams and staffing agencies.
4. Contribute to the recruitment of junior profiles with up to 5 years of experience.
5. Supervise an apprentice and oversee an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) consultant.

1. Master's degree from a business school, university, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 4 years of successful recruitment experience, ideally in internships, apprenticeships, and VIE.
3. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on internships, apprenticeships, and VIE.
