1. Develop accurate monthly demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and input from sales and marketing teams.
2. Maintain demand forecasts and relevant parameters in ANAPLAN.
3. Drive and improve the monthly demand and forecasting cycle.
4. Develop supply plans based on business trends, demand forecasts, inventory targets, and lead times.
5. Identify potential supply constraints or excess inventory risks and develop mitigation strategies.
6. Manage and maintain supply planning parameters in AX ERP solution.
7. Track and report service and inventory KPIs.
8. Ensure accurate inventory in AX ERP and WMS, implementing necessary audit adjustments.
9. Drive regular inventory clean-up of discontinued, excess, expired, or damaged stocks.
10. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business.
11. Prepare reports on KPIs and metrics to aid strategic decision-making.
12. Develop and use advanced analytics tools such as PowerBI.
13. Contribute to local, regional, and HQ supply chain projects.
14. Drive continuous process improvement and optimization.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
2. Knowledge of the Perfumes & Cosmetics industry is preferred.

1. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
3. Strong collaborative skills and ability to work independently.
4. Good planning and execution skills.
5. Decision-making and presentation skills.
6. Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel.
7. Proficiency in PowerBI is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
