LVMH Demand and Supply Planner

- Develop accurate monthly demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and input from sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain demand forecasts and relevant parameters in ANAPLAN.
- Drive and improve the monthly demand and forecasting cycle.
- Develop supply plans based on business trends, demand forecasts, inventory targets, and lead times.
- Identify potential supply constraints or excess inventory risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage and maintain supply planning parameters in AX ERP solution.
- Track and report service and inventory KPIs.
- Ensure accurate inventory in AX ERP and WMS, implementing necessary audit adjustments.
- Drive regular inventory clean-up of discontinued, excess, expired, or damaged stocks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business.
- Prepare reports on KPIs and metrics to aid strategic decision-making.
- Develop and use advanced analytics tools such as PowerBI.
- Contribute to local, regional, and HQ supply chain projects.
- Drive continuous process improvement and optimization.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge of the Perfumes & Cosmetics industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work independently.
- Good planning and execution skills.
- Decision-making and presentation skills.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel.
- Proficiency in PowerBI is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
