1. Support Core HR projects by tracking milestones and deadlines, and communicating with stakeholders for timely updates.
2. Execute employee data cleansing by identifying and correcting discrepancies, ensuring data consistency between local HR and Core HR systems.
3. Update and manage employee records, maintaining data accuracy and integrity in the local HR system.
4. Process condolence and congratulations payments for employee life events, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
5. Verify eligibility and documentation for training subsidies, processing reimbursements efficiently.
6. Manage employee product benefit programs, ensuring employees receive entitled benefits.
7. Handle registration and resignation processes for medical insurance and national pension, ensuring compliance with regulations.
8. Calculate and process payroll for part-time employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
9. Organize and maintain personnel and labor office documents, ensuring systematic filing.
10. Prepare and issue certificates for maternity leave, employment, and work experience, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
11. Respond to HR administrative inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.

1. University degree preferred
2. Relevant experience in a multinational company preferred

2. Strong interpersonal abilities
3. Proficient in spoken and written English
4. Proficient in computer use
5. Basic accounting comprehension

Beginner level experience is required.

University degree is preferred.
