LVMH Head of E-reputation & Social Media

- Design and implement the social media strategy across LVMH's global social media ecosystem, including platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, targeting EMEA, North America, and China.
- Aggregate content from various Maisons and collaborate with them to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Develop the editorial calendar and recommend formats and platforms tailored to specific audiences.
- Monitor and analyze sensitive mentions affecting the Group and its Maisons through daily, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
- Supervise social listening to gauge sentiment, detect weak signals, and anticipate crises and opportunities.
- Utilize data insights to optimize real-time communication strategies.
- Ensure alignment of communication with corporate and reputational objectives.
- Develop and activate a leader advocacy strategy to amplify the voices of top executives and employees.
- Support top executives in their digital communications, including guidelines, message definition, and post writing.
- Manage the Social Media Manager and the Community Manager & Editorial Project Assistant, fostering their development.
- Support local teams, particularly in China, in executing their communication strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure flawless execution.
- Proven ability to define and lead a comprehensive digital strategy with vision and leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to social listening, KPI interpretation, and insights.
- Deep understanding of corporate communication, reputation management, and storytelling.
- Experience in coordinating multi-market projects and working cross-functionally with global teams.
- Excellent writing and storytelling abilities.
- Strong digital curiosity and proficiency with analytical tools such as social listening, KPI dashboards, and analytics.
- Collaborative leadership with the ability to inspire and organize effectively.
Minimum of 7 years in corporate communication, social listening, and social media strategy, with team management experience. Experience in managing international, cross-functional, and multicultural projects is essential.
