1. Participate in the deployment and monitoring of operational standards audits in coordination with various departments.
2. Support the launch and management of continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, 5S), including team training, action plan deployment, and results tracking.
3. Contribute to enhancing production line performance through data analysis, field observation, and implementation of corrective actions.
4. Assist in standardizing and updating work instructions in collaboration with operational teams.
5. Support the digitalization of certain management processes (safety, quality, performance) using internal tools.
6. Help structure performance tracking tools (management visuals, indicators, routines) for production teams.
7. Propose improvements to existing processes and develop simple, visual, and effective tools.

1. Possession of a BAC +2 or +3 in technical fields, with an apprenticeship background being advantageous.
2. Enrollment in an engineering apprenticeship program.
3. Interest in technical and industrial domains.
4. Respect for safety protocols.
5. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
6. Creativity and proactive problem-solving abilities.
7. Rigor, proactivity, solution orientation, and agility.

1. Collective animation around specific themes.
2. Use of structured problem-solving tools (5P, 6M).
3. Project tracking.
4. Implementation of indicators on PowerBi.
5. Presentation of implemented tools and achieved gains in Steering Committees.
