1. Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
4. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
6. Track sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Develop lasting personal relationships with clients and retailers.
8. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
9. Participate in maintaining merchandising and inventory in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
11. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

1. Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes.
3. English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.

Base salary plus incentives.

Permanent contract, 36 hours per week with rotating schedule, social benefits.
