Louis Vuitton Textile Procurement Specialist

- Collaborate with Development, Industrialization, and Quality Control departments to ensure the accuracy and finalization of prototypes.
- Negotiate delivery plans, minimum order quantities, and other terms with suppliers in alignment with industrial objectives.
- Plan and monitor supplier deliveries, adjusting plans in response to delivery or quality issues.
- Monitor changes in nomenclature and their impact on supplier deliveries.
- Ensure proper follow-up of system orders and manage any anomalies.
- Implement and monitor supplier performance KPIs against delivery plans.
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or production within the ready-to-wear sector.
- Proficiency in English and/or French.
- In-depth knowledge of textile materials and fibers for apparel.
- Excellent command of IT tools (SAP, Excel, LVSP, PLM).
- Flexibility and ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and internationally.
- Teamwork and ability to manage daily and long-term challenges.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or production within the ready-to-wear sector is required.
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
