- Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, and team animation.
- Act as a role model in sales leadership, inclusivity, and exceptional client experiences, supporting team members in their sales efforts.
- Build and develop a diverse client portfolio, demonstrating inclusivity and cultural sensitivity.
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management and maintain a visible presence on the floor.
- Serve as the store's point of contact for the Corporate Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance and market trends.
- Support business growth of assigned product category through team animations, briefings, and mentorship.
- Ensure consistent communication and implementation of company policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines.
- Support the Operations team in effective inventory management and collaborate on staff planning and workforce management.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse teams, fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of the Louis Vuitton brand and its values.
