Louis Vuitton Public Relations Assistant

- Support the PR team with a focus on analytics, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor and track press clippings across fashion, corporate, beauty, celebrity, and influencer categories.
- Manage DMR rankings, analysis, and reports, including generating weekly and monthly rankings and providing comprehensive competitive and brand analysis across print, web, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with local and international communications teams to develop impactful internal and external reports and presentations.
- Maintain and update communications department contact lists and the magazine archive.
- Provide support for brand image events and press days as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key reporting and analytics tools, including DMR, Muckrack, and Wearisma.
- 1+ years of experience in public relations and/or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools such as DMR, Muckrack, and Wearisma.
- Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.
- Service-oriented and adept at managing multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Candidates should possess at least 1 year of experience in public relations or administrative roles, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly range of USD $23-$25/hour.
