Louis Vuitton Proxy Product Owner - Retail Traceability Solutions

- Lead strategic Retail Traceability projects involving RFID, Digital Product Passport, and Blockchain technologies.
- Collect, analyze, and prioritize business needs in collaboration with global Retail teams.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications with IT teams and external partners.
- Oversee testing, deployment, and performance monitoring of new solutions.
- Understand and coordinate information system flows and interconnections.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, RFID suppliers, integrators, and data teams.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and committees with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, even to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in a similar environment.
- Strong understanding of Blockchain and complex IT ecosystems.
- Proficiency in RFID & NFC solutions.
- Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a complex ecosystem.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with luxury industry standards.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required, with at least 5-7 years in a relevant role such as Business Analyst or Project Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
