3. Ensure maintenance, store upkeep, and asset protection.

5. Manage schedules and collaborate with management to optimize operations.
6. Enhance sales, customer service, and stock management.
7. Provide advisement and support to the Store Manager with innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

1. Held a senior level management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Experience in leading operations functions in a high volume, dynamic setting.
3. Expert knowledge of stock and operations management.
4. Extensive people management and development skills.

1. Excellent organization and administration skills.
2. Advanced Excel and computer skills.
3. Previous experience with operations systems is strongly preferred.

Minimum of 3 years in a senior management role within a fast-paced retail environment.
