- Welcome every client and provide an exceptional client experience.
- Advise clients across the brand and all product categories.
- Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership.

- Engage in long-term client relationships, leveraging clienteling tools.
- Assist management in daily clienteling operations.
- Understand company policies and provide support to other client advisors.
- Participate in head office projects according to organizational and business needs.

- Identify, recruit, and develop talents in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Proactively assess and manage performance and expectations.
- Open to local and international relocation (mandatory).
- Proficient in Italian and English.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Proactive leadership style.
- Training and coaching attitude.
Minimum of 3 years in Retail, Hospitality, Customer Services, or Airlines.
