1. Participate in conference calls discussing product launches, production shortages, and delivery planning.
2. Supervise the transport of goods from warehouse to stores.
3. Perform detailed follow-up and analysis of transportation costs.
4. Manage the processing of transportation invoices in SAP in collaboration with local Finance & Controlling teams.
5. Ensure productive collaboration with suppliers.
6. Follow up on customs clearance in Morocco.
7. Conduct weekly analysis of stock discrepancies and performance through inventories and internal Louis Vuitton software (RMS).
8. Actively participate in store inventories in Madrid.
9. Contribute to other logistics projects for the Mediterranean Region.
10. Follow up on reverse logistics in Morocco, Turkey, and Israel.

1. Graduated from Business School or Business Administration in Engineering or Logistics.
2. Ability to formalize a 'contrato de practicas' based on Spanish labor law (Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained in the past 3 years).

1. Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and work independently.
3. Flexibility to handle unexpected situations efficiently.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze figures.
5. Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
6. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
7. Basic knowledge of SAP is appreciated.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a logistics department or similar role is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics.
