- Assist in the recruitment of interns and apprentices across various disciplines, from initial manager briefings to candidate offers.
- Facilitate the integration and ongoing support of interns and apprentices, including organizing orientation days and conducting follow-up assessments.
- Coordinate community-building events for interns and apprentices throughout the year.
- Participate in school outreach initiatives to represent Louis Vuitton and attract emerging talent.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with cross-functional projects, talent pools, and recruitment initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business School, University program, or equivalent.
- Previous internship experience in recruitment or HR is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Interest in the luxury industry and its requisite skills, such as attention to detail and creativity.
- Proactive and enthusiastic with excellent listening skills.
No prior experience required, though a previous 6-month internship in recruitment or HR is beneficial.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
