Louis Vuitton HR Business Partner

- Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes, including sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding for various roles.
- Develop and maintain a network of candidates and promote the brand within professional networks.
- Educate HR team and stakeholders on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Design and implement innovative recruitment programs and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Collaborate with Learning Managers and Field Coach Trainers to design learning programs.
- Develop succession planning and conduct organization management reviews.
- Coach managers on individual development plans and coordinate training programs.
- Manage compensation and benefits, including performance reviews and reward strategies.
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Proactively engage in CSR activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Substantial experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
- Knowledge of employment legislation within the B&N&P scope.
- International and multi-country HR experience preferred.
- Innovative and proactive mindset with full breadth of HR knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and assertiveness.
- High level of integrity and natural coaching skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good project management skills and strong attention to detail.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced company.
