- Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs focused on customer satisfaction, service quality, and client retention with a sales-driven approach.
- Deliver exceptional inbound customer service via phone, email, and digital channels, advising and assisting clients in the German market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences, anticipating their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Take ownership of customer concerns, ensuring resolution through innovative approaches and collaboration with other departments to enhance client retention and overall customer experience.
- Ensure accurate information and follow-up are input into the system and other relevant databases, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of records.
- Handle complaints and difficult situations with professionalism, ensuring calm and effective resolution while maintaining Louis Vuitton's high service standards.
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison by embodying Louis Vuitton values and demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
- Proficiency in German, both verbal and written (additional languages such as Polish or Turkish are advantageous).
- Strong sales and storytelling skills.
- Demonstrated customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering impeccable service.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results on schedule.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is advantageous).
- Background in luxury retail is a plus.
- Interest in luxury fashion and awareness of current trends.
- Ability to thrive in a diverse and international work environment.
Beginner level experience in customer service or related fields, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
