- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding preferences and offering personalized recommendations.
- Take ownership of customer concerns, ensuring resolution through innovative approaches and collaboration with other departments.
- Ensure accurate information and follow-up are maintained in the system and relevant databases.
- Handle complaints and difficult situations professionally, maintaining Louis Vuitton's high standards of service.

- Excellent communication skills in English and a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish).
