1. Manage and update delivery schedules within the Women's Ready-to-Wear department.
2. Conduct weekly delivery alignment routines with suppliers.
3. Support and monitor suppliers in entering delivery notes, material reporting, and ensuring CSR compliance.
4. Communicate alerts to production teams and prioritize tasks.
5. Track and enter weekly after-sales service orders.
6. Prepare and follow up on master orders.
7. Maintain regular communication with the warehouse regarding deliveries, workload, and anomalies.

1. Currently enrolled in a fashion, business, or engineering school.
2. Demonstrated interest in the luxury sector and ready-to-wear products.

1. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PLM, and SAP is advantageous.
2. Strong command of English; Italian is a plus.
3. Dynamic, organized, and meticulous with excellent interpersonal skills.

Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently pursuing a degree in fashion, business, or engineering.
