1. Develop and implement strategic visual merchandising for 22 retail locations in South Korea.
2. Ensure the brand's DNA and seasonal campaigns are effectively communicated through visual displays.
3. Collaborate with internal departments and retail stores to optimize visual merchandising strategies.
4. Communicate with Central Visual and Central Merchandising teams to deliver optimal visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Execute and monitor visual merchandising training within stores.
6. Oversee the implementation of window and display installations, ensuring alignment with central guidelines.
7. Facilitate collaboration with buyers for ad-hoc installations to promote specific products.
8. Support showroom activities and special event installations in collaboration with the Visual Central Function.
9. Coordinate key and special installations within stores.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising with a strong aesthetic sense.
2. Proven ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing environments.
3. Fluency in English is required.
4. Previous sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.
