- Update training records and maintain training history documentation.
- Manage inventory of training tools.
- Support the training program team with various tasks as required.
- Collect and edit departmental content for flash reports.
- Translate the Monthly MTLR Morning Briefing Journal.
- Assist with regional and global communications.
- Translate training materials, including Launch Packs and Retail Excellence Training Materials.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Relevant experience preferred.
- Fluency in English preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail.
Beginner-level experience in a related field is preferred.
