1. Process and manage all CITES-related import and export documentation, including permits, certificates, and declarations.
2. Verify the accuracy and completeness of CITES documentation and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
3. Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders on CITES requirements.
4. Stay up-to-date on changes in CITES regulations and implement necessary updates to internal procedures.
5. Collaborate closely with government agencies, customs brokers, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth and compliant trade operations.
6. Manage the increased workload associated with the recent expansion of pre-import activities.
7. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes for CITES compliance.
8. Maintain accurate records of all CITES-related transactions.
9. Provide support to other team members on CITES procedures.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Experience in customs compliance, with a specific focus on CITES regulations.
3. Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in customs compliance, particularly with CITES regulations.
