Loewe Department Manager, Ready to Wear

- Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
- Support the Store Manager/Director in developing new and existing client relationships.
- Recruit, develop, and manage talent, ensuring succession plans are in place.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages cooperation and excellence.
- Ensure exceptional client service and manage customer flow effectively.
- Drive sales for the assigned product category and analyze performance metrics.
- Maintain inventory and manage store operations in the absence of senior management.
- Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop creative solutions.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $115,000 annually, depending on skills and experience.
