1. Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
2. Support the Store Manager/Director in developing new and existing client relationships.
3. Recruit, develop, and manage talent, ensuring succession plans are in place.
4. Foster a positive work environment that encourages cooperation and excellence.
5. Ensure exceptional client service and manage customer flow effectively.
6. Drive sales for the assigned product category and analyze performance metrics.
7. Maintain inventory and manage store operations in the absence of senior management.

The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $115,000 annually, depending on skills and experience.
