1. Conduct individual nursing follow-up interviews according to established protocols.
2. Manage emergencies such as workplace accidents and provide care in compliance with public health and labor codes.
3. Support employees and the company by addressing specific requests, including appointments, job studies, and follow-up on medical recommendations.
4. Ensure adherence to occupational physician's recommendations in cases of aptitude restrictions.
5. Provide tailored support to employees with disabilities or chronic conditions.
6. Facilitate discussions for job retention and workplace adaptation in collaboration with employers, public organizations, and occupational physicians.
7. Contribute to the development and updating of health and safety documents in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and the company.
8. Offer advice and information on occupational health.
9. Develop and lead awareness, training, and information sessions on physical and mental health prevention topics.
10. Propose, organize, and/or participate in hygiene, individual and collective health, and safety education and prevention actions.
11. Participate in individual or collective workplace actions and, if necessary, in occupational health surveillance and research.
12. Perform various administrative tasks such as surveys, agendas, minutes, and maintaining a document base.
13. Manage the pharmacy, infirmary, and inventory (traceability, expirations, orders).
14. Ensure the traceability of nursing interviews and actions.
15. Prepare various reports and maintain different registers.

1. State Registered Nurse Diploma, ideally supplemented by a Bachelor's in Occupational Health/DIUST or equivalent certified training.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in office tools (Office Suite) and professional software (PADOA/PREVENTIEL).
2. Fluency in professional English and French.
3. Recognized for rigor, dynamism, adaptability, and discretion.
4. Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with strong listening, teaching, and communication skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.

State Registered Nurse Diploma, ideally with additional training in Occupational Health.
