1. Coordinate audits across the European region, serving as the primary contact for audit teams.
2. Monitor audit progress and ensure the quality of documentation provided.
3. Define and improve internal controls by conducting process reviews and identifying risk areas.
4. Document narratives for the Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) and auditors.
5. Propose improvements for existing processes and controls.
6. Participate in ongoing projects to enhance audit efficiency.
7. Support the SSC Germany team with annual account updates and fiscal controls.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance, or enrolled in a business school/university.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills
2. Dynamic with a high capacity for adaptation
3. Proficient in project-based work
4. Fluent in English
5. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

No prior experience required; however, familiarity with finance and audit processes is advantageous.

Master's degree in progress in a relevant field.
