1. Process bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees in the US and Canada, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Handle off-cycle payments, pay adjustments, clothing allowances, tuition reimbursements, garnishments, and final payments.
3. Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and brands, providing accurate information.
4. Identify, research, and resolve payroll discrepancies effectively.
5. Collaborate with HR Business partners to manage checks, approvals, and specific payrolls for terminations, bonuses, and other one-off payments.
6. Conduct post-payroll reporting and processes, resolving errors, uploading journals, and providing reports to brands and finance.
7. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including tax and labor laws.
8. Reorganize, process, and prepare FedEx checks for mailing.
9. Communicate key payroll dates to brand teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
10. Review payroll processing systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
11. Manage the payroll calendar and enforce deadlines, ensuring all data is correctly entered into the payroll system.
12. Investigate and resolve payroll errors promptly.
13. Stay current with new legislation and regulatory rulings impacting payroll.
14. Audit employees who work in NY but reside in non-commutable states.
15. Run audit reports after payroll has been committed.
16. Manage Kering Connect Ticketing System requests.
17. Provide finance with G/L and other reports.
18. Review ACH Debits from Dayforce Tax Service.

1. 3+ years of experience in payroll processing.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.
2. Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3. Experience with queries, internal/external payroll reporting, and audit procedures.
4. Working knowledge of multi-state payroll tax laws.
5. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
6. Ability to research and interpret payroll-related topics and adapt to new information.
7. Problem-solving skills and comfort working independently.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.

Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
