1. Support the Welcome Lounge team in greeting clients at The Mall Sanremo to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
2. Assist with personal shopping requests and enhance client engagement.
3. Promote and sell The Mall Luxury Outlets Collection, including storytelling around products and tracking sales and inventory.
4. Contribute to the development of The Mall Luxury Outlets loyalty program by registering clients and managing points collection and rewards.
5. Utilize digital tools to track individual and group visits to The Mall Luxury Outlets.
6. Manage client requests received via email and phone in coordination with the Tourism Marketing Team.
7. Participate in the Welcome Lounge team to ensure smooth operations and service enhancement.
8. Monitor The Mall Sanremo's image and report updates to the Marketing team to ensure brand alignment.
9. Collect client feedback and assist in preparing reports.

1. Currently pursuing a university degree in Luxury Hospitality or a related field.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
2. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
3. Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
4. Proactive and positive approach.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

No prior experience required, suitable for current university students in relevant fields.

Currently pursuing a university degree in Luxury Hospitality or a related field.
