1. Lead and execute high-impact, cross-brand training projects from planning to implementation.
2. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to assess training needs and design targeted learning solutions.
3. Oversee local Training teams to ensure high-quality program delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
4. Design and execute innovative training workshops and materials, both in-person and digital.
5. Support the creation of digital assets and toolkits to enhance the e-learning ecosystem.
6. Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
7. Integrate modern training methodologies by staying updated with industry best practices.
8. Manage relationships with external trainers or vendors and oversee training budgets.
9. Understand brand business models with a focus on brand DNA, heritage, and product features.

1. 3-4 years of experience in training or project management roles.
2. Experience in the eyewear industry or luxury companies is recommended.
3. Proven ability to develop and implement training strategies.

3. Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing project execution and impact.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
5. Fluency in Italian and English.

7. Flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs.

3-4 years of experience in a training or project management role, preferably within the eyewear or luxury industry.
