1. Lead and execute high-impact, cross-brand training projects from planning to implementation.
2. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to assess global and local training needs and design targeted learning solutions.
3. Guide local Training teams to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with strategic objectives across regions.
4. Design and execute innovative training workshops and materials, both in-person and digital.
5. Support the creation of digital assets and toolkits to enhance the e-learning ecosystem and promote blended learning strategies.
6. Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
7. Stay informed of industry best practices and integrate modern training methodologies.
8. Manage relationships with external trainers or vendors and oversee training budgets.
9. Understand brand business models and objectives, focusing on brand DNA, heritage, collections, and product features.

1. 3-4 years of experience in training or project management roles.
2. Proven ability to develop and implement training strategies.
3. Experience in the eyewear industry or luxury companies is recommended.

3. Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing project execution and impact.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
5. Fluent in Italian and English.

7. Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs.

3-4 years of experience in a training or project management role, preferably within the eyewear or luxury sectors.
