Kering Eyewear Junior Training Project Manager

- Lead and execute high-impact, cross-brand training projects from planning to implementation.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to assess global and local training needs and design targeted learning solutions.
- Guide local Training teams to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with strategic objectives across regions.
- Design and execute innovative training workshops and materials, both in-person and digital.
- Support the creation of digital assets and toolkits to enhance the e-learning ecosystem and promote blended learning strategies.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and integrate modern training methodologies.
- Manage relationships with external trainers or vendors and oversee training budgets.
- Understand brand business models and objectives, focusing on brand DNA, heritage, collections, and product features.
- 3-4 years of experience in training or project management roles.
- Proven ability to develop and implement training strategies.
- Experience in the eyewear industry or luxury companies is recommended.
- Collaborative and results-driven mindset.
- Strong business acumen to translate commercial objectives into training initiatives.
- Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing project execution and impact.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs.
3-4 years of experience in a training or project management role, preferably within the eyewear or luxury sectors.
